You are the expert on your experience. Our job is to walk beside you when it feels too hard to bear alone, and to connect you with the resources to achieve your goals.
This might mean:
Connecting parents to testing and IEP services to support a young child.
Connecting (or reconnecting) to your own strengths and values.
Connecting to the education & coping skills to better respond to stressors.
Connecting your past and present, or emotions and actions, in order to create change.
Or it might mean connecting with another human being who cares about you in a space that is safe, protected, and free of judgement.
